A refundable security deposit is collected at booking. If you paid by cash, the deposit is returned immediately when you return the outfit at Jayanagar store. For online payments, the refund is processed within 5 business days.

Alterations are included at no cost at all PoshRobe stores. Visit your nearest store 3–5 days before your event for fitting. If an outfit does not fit at all, we will arrange a replacement from available stock.
