We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for rental orders placed on PoshRobe.

Security deposit is always refunded in full to your original payment method, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

  • Cancel within 24 hours of booking — full 100% refund of the rental fee.
  • Cancel more than 72 hours before the event date (after the first 24 hours of booking) — 50% refund of the rental fee.
  • Cancel within 72 hours of the event — no rental-fee refund.
  • Security deposit is always refunded in full.

How refunds are paid

PoshRobe Cancellation Credits

Approved rental refunds are issued as Cancellation Credits in your wallet — valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  • Use them toward any new rental on poshrobe.com or in-store
  • Use them to purchase any item from poshrobe.com
  • Visible in My Account → Wallet — applies automatically at checkout
  • Security deposit refunds are paid separately to your original payment method (not as credits)

Refund Timeline

Cancellation Credits are added to your wallet within 24 hours of cancellation approval. Security-deposit refunds (issued separately to the original payment method) take 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Orders cancelled after dispatch, or where the outfit has been worn or damaged, are not eligible for any refund of the rental fee. The security deposit may be partially or fully withheld in cases of damage.

Modifications

If you need to change your event date rather than cancel, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate date changes subject to availability, with no additional charge if made more than 7 days in advance.
