Refunds Exchanges

Cancellation of the order before 24 hours from the booking will get full refund. There will be 50% Cancellation fee if the order is cancelled after 24 hours of the booking. Cancellation of the order 3 days (72 Hours) before the event date has no refund. The cancelled credit is available for the customers for 6 months to rent another product with the same price or by providing the difference of the amount if the new rental price is higher. Cancellation credit can also be used to purchase Jockey products.
